Subject: I second that emotion.

I can't tell you what a relief AND a shock it was to read your

information. I had simply typed to try and get

the name and address of the president of the company so that I could

send him my own "nasty-gram" and tell him how terrible his company is,

and that I have since gone back to state farm. Although I have had to

take less coverage for the same money, I feel infinately more secure

with less coverage under State Farm than I did with ANY coverage with

Farmers Direct. I can only tell you that my experiences with Farmers

Direct were substantially similar to yours, and after seven (7) months

of phone calls, letters, misspelled names, wrong bills, wrong coverage

and rude customer service representatives I gave up. I can only hope

that A LOT of people read your message and find ANY other insurance
