Subject: Ex-Farmers Employee

Hello,

I read with interest the horrible experiences some of you had with Farmers. I am ashamed to say that I worked for the company. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I am still bitter from the way I was treated. The reason you were treated so poorly from the people you encountered is because they are mistreated. I was tempted to file harassment charges against the company, but chose to quit instead. The systems at Farmers are so archaic that is is impossible to trace paper work. The only reason this company has survived is by pure inertia, and that as consumers, we are forced to have insurance. Sadly, most insurance companies are outdated in office operations. Whenever people sue or complain, all they have to do is raise our rates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is why most insurance companies are not forced to change with the times. We are defenseless consumers in the world of the insurance conspiracy!  Never buy a life insurance policy either! They are not worth it, and they can cancel those policies whenever they want! You or your spouse could never see a dime!!! Furthermore, we do not need agents at all. Everytime your insurance policy renews, the agent is getting a commission check. For what?
