Subject: Farmers Direct Service

I would be very interested in hearing about your problem with Farmers

Direct. I too observe that the service after they have you as a

policy holder is poor. I've been with them for 6 months. Calls are

not returned. You can't get info re policy. When it does come it

comes in the mail very slowly. I called info for the 888 number

because I was at work. There was no listing but I know I've used the

800 number before. They take forever to answer the phone. I have no

wallet id card to carry with me. So what is your story with them.

switching to XXXXX. I've been impressed with their service because I

was involved in an accident with one of their policy holders. Claim

resolved in less than 72 hours. Outstanding. Price was a few bucks

higher but there is something to be said for good and prompt service.
